A Tribute to our dear Dr. Serguei Dessiatoun

Dr. Serguei Dessiatoun

Associate Research Scientist

Dr. Sergeui Dessiatoun was an Associate Research Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park. He had over thirty years of extensive experience in mechanical engineering design including design and development of thermal and hydraulic loops, aerospace and space cooling systems, environmental control systems, refrigeration and heat transfer systems, heat engines, diesel and gasoline fuel injection systems, and electronic control systems. Dr. Dessiatoun had been intrinsically involved in the ongoing research in the Smart and Small Thermal Systems (S2TS) laboratory at the University of Maryland.
