Ellery Klein, Ph.D., whose thesis focused on “Development of Variable Tube Geometry Heat Exchangers Using Adjoint Method With Performance Evaluation of an Additively Manufactured Prototype.” He recently started a position as a building systems engineer at Steven Winter Associates, Inc. in Washington, D.C.
Harsimranjit Singh, Ph.D., who authored the dissertation “Thermal Management of High-Heat Flux Electronics With Interlaced Film Evaporation and Enhanced Fluid Delivery System.” He works as a plasma etch R&D engineer with IBM in Albany, N.Y, focusing on back-end-of-line semiconductor fabrication.
Jordan Higgins, M.S., whose dissertation focused on “Energy Analysis of a Metro Transit System for Sustainability and Efficiency Improvement.” He now works as an engineer with Phoenix Noise & Vibration in Frederick, Md.
